Ache

Met up with the rest before heading down to Changi exhibition. Sign up 10km run but end up doing the 15km. Erm erm... quite mental torture.... really mind over body. The runway never seemed ending man!!! Finished the race anyway...

Very bad cramp after that.... need many many salt now.... both knees in bad shape.... haizzzz. Think me ligament is giving me problem again....

Head back to kallang.... rest/ game, home sweet home.... Slept till now... going back to bed after this... heh
