Hmmm... not very positive...

the crack just don't seem to grow n join. The swell just doesn't seem to subside.

Am advice to walk less... clutches??? no no no....

A month more to decide the action. Operation??? No no no

Went to kallang to meet the rest n WATCH netball game.

Frankly speaking, very demoralised to watch. Knowing well that i can't play for the next 6 months really make me feel so sick. No more squash, no more tennis, no more run... can only do swimming now.... thought of doing 1 marathon this yr but guess need to postpone to next....haiz!!!

Anyway went off during the game. Thanks for the free ride. Real sleepy and tired. Need to sleep and re-charge.

Erm erm... will be out of action so don't think i will be going to kallang anymore... really don't feel good to be sitted out of game.... so Yup!!! :)
